Our BHAG, a Big Hairy Audacious Goal, is to receive 40,315 ‘Thank Yous’ by 2029 (#Thankyou). The year 2029 will mark our 40th year in business. We will be counting all client and team member responses. These Thank Yous help assure that our team members and clients are satisfied and are proof of why we are in the lawn care and pest control industry – to help care for people and their property.
We’ve worked hard to instill a known way of life associated with the name “Blades of Green” over the course of the past few years. Through these efforts, we have created a supportive workplace that encourages growth and provides a great environment to learn in. We care not only about our team members’ professional development, but their personal success as well. We host annual Kick-Off and Half-Time events for our employees, offer an in-office book club and workout classes, and a rewards program to give back to our employees for living out our values. We believe that no matter what a person has been hired to do, they are not limited by their job descriptions. To us…our company’s culture is everything.

Blades of Green has a dedication to the environment around us that sits at the core of the company’s identity. To further a better vision of the future, Blads of Green offers a yearly $1,000 scholarship for high school seniors and enrolled college students who are pursuing environmental studies or related fields.

In addition to the great lawn service I have enjoyed over the years, I was contacted by the B.O.G. automated service alerting me of the arrival of the ZIKA mosquitos.
